A Bit About Me
I’m a third-year medical student and OMM Clinical Scholar at PCOM in Philadelphia. I grew up in Sioux City, Iowa, and studied Russian at Bryn Mawr College before starting medical school. I’m interested in psychiatry, rural medicine, and making healthcare more accessible. Teaching has been part of my life for years in various subjects, and I'm really excited to use all of that experience to help students thrive. My tutoring style is informal and down to earth. I want it to feel like we’re working through something together. If one explanation doesn’t click, I probably have six more ways to explain it. I like to talk things through and ask little questions along the way so I can understand how you’re thinking and where things get confusing. I don’t know everything, and I won’t pretend that I do, but if you ask me something I can’t answer, I’ll always take the time to figure it out for you.
