Divya Patel

Hello all, my name is Divya, and I am a fourth-year medical student at Saint Louis University SOM. I will be applying to internal medicine this upcoming fall. My background in tutoring is in pre-medical and medical education. Throughout my undergraduate career, I was a tutor for college biology and eventually became a Supplemental Instructor for Human Anatomy and Physiology. In medical school, I have tutored almost every subject, from Anatomy to Endocrinology. Recently, I have tutored privately for STEP 1 and STEP 2, which has by far been the most meaningful part of my teaching experience. It was after this that I looked to get more involved with a group of like-minded individuals to provide personalized learning support for these exams and other medical curricula. I am so thrilled to be working with this team to help more students reach their goals!

Outside of school, I enjoy cycling and yoga, am learning how to ballroom dance, do wildlife photography around the world, and love making homemade cards for every occasion (especially for my patients when I'm on service).
